Please Do Not Show Up  Or Go To The Property Without Prior Arrangement .

Viewings will not be able to take place as privacy is a priority for all our guests.

OUR HOUSE RULES :

Please read our rules in order for you to have a clear understanding of our expectations & for you to assess if this Guest House is suitable to your personal taste & requirements.

- Check In & Check Out is confirmed on booking.

-We ask that you look after our guest house as if it were your own.

- No Parties are allowed at the premises. This guest house is not suitable for parties and can not be used as a party pad.

- Please note the premise access is strictly for guests who are staying only and have been registered & paid for

- No Smoking is permitted in the house.

- Kitchen Plates & Cutlery should be washed and packed away at all times.

- A Service fee each day will be applied if Kitchen is kept dirty or dishes are left unwashed on departure. This service Fee is applied according to management's discretion.

- If you do not wish to clean up after yourself please advise the reservation team in advance to assist you in getting maid services for the day at an extra cost.

- Should an accident occur and if anything ends up broken please report immediately to management to assist you . (Please Do Not Attempt To Fix  Anything ).

- An Operations Manager is available at the property 24/7

- This is House Hire only grounds of property can be shared.

- This home is decorated with tasteful decor any breakages or damages will be charged before departure.

- Upon Check In  a house show around is carried out to allow you to firmilirise with the house .Please note it is your responsiblity to ensure you are aware of your surroundings.

-A house inspection is arranged & carried out 30 mins prior to your departure in order for you to receieve your deposit back.
